About NMR
NMR is a London-based systems integrator specialising in media technology solutions. The company served as the lead partner of the ReCAP consortium, coordinating the project's technical and administrative efforts across all participating organisations.
With deep expertise in broadcast and post-production workflows, NMR brought practical industry knowledge to the ReCAP project, helping to ensure that the platform's automatic content analysis capabilities addressed real-world challenges in media asset management and quality assurance.
Role in ReCAP
As consortium lead, NMR was responsible for overall project coordination under the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme (grant agreement No 732461). The company guided the development of the ReCAP platform from concept through to the working prototype demonstrated at NAB 2017 and subsequent industry events through mid-2018.
NMR's leadership spanned technical direction, partner collaboration, and dissemination of project results at key industry gatherings including NAB 2017, BVE 2018, NAB 2018, HPA Creative Tech UK 2018, and the Media Production Show 2018.
